Number one: God is a caring God. My example for this is Exodus 3:7-10 when God is talking to Moses and he says he has Hurd the cry of his people and he will deliver them to the land of milk and honey. In that section of scripture I feel u can really see how much God cares for his people he has prepared Moses for this with out him even realizing.

Number two: God is a just God. One Example of this is the plagues in chapter 7 threw a 11 and u see all the times God gave Pharo to let his people go and every time He said no so God made a point.

The third is God is a protective God. U see this in the crossing of the Red Sea and just how amazing that is he protects the propel from pharos army by litter splitting the sea for the people to walk threw. He then closes it on pharos army’s. He keeps them safe threw out there journey from Egypt.

I definitely agree with what you put for the three characteristics of God. Your first and last one are very similar to what I put as characteristics I saw of God as well. For the fist one another area where I saw God as caring, or listening as I put it was in Exodus 6:5-7, "Moreover, I have hear the groaning of the people of Israel whom the Egyptians hold as slaves, and I have remembered my covenant. Say therefore to the people of Israel, 'I am the Lord, and I will bring you out from under the burdens of the Egyptians, and I will deliver you from slavery to them, and I will redeem you with an outstretched arm and with great acts of judgment. I will take you to my people, and I will be your God, and you shall know that I am the LORD your God, who has brought you out from under the burdens of the Egyptians." (English Standard Version Bible, 2001, Exodus 6:5-7). I just love how it starts by God hearing the Israelites and he remembers their covenant it is such a reminder to me that he cares and that he listens to us.

Which one means the most to you, Jesse, and why?

The one that means the most to me would be God being a caring God. If God didn’t care about us we would never have had Jesus come die for us and offer us a way to be with God. If God didn’t care about us I personally wouldn’t be here today. The fact that God cares about us so much that he’s literally was willing to send his son to die for us to me is just amazing and there is no way to explain how much that means to me.

Hello Jesse, Your reference in Exodus of the crossing of the Red Sea as evidence of God's characteristic of being a protector, which is an element of him being omnipotent, all-powerful is a very good one. I also reference God as being a just God in the examples of the plagues in Exodus as part of his omnipotence and loving God who delivered the Israelites from captivity and provides for them along their journey.

Hi Jesse,

I feel the same way, about how amazing God was to protect the people by allowing them all to cross the Red Sea. I also stated that one of God's characteristics was being a protector. Do you often wonder how things would have turned out if God didn't protect his people?
