When looking at the creation my unanswered has always been “Who created God.” Genesis begins with the words “In the beginning God created the heaven and the earth” (KJV) which begs the question of who created God.
This question is important to me because understanding the creation is a very important piece of information which helps to explain the creation according to the Bible verses evolution. I have been taught that God has “existed” from the very beginning, all eternity. Who created God, is a question that is often used by those that don’t believe in God better known as atheist.
The answer to this question will not have any impact to my understanding of the scriptures in Genesis 1 but it would simply provide a more concrete explanation of how God came into existence. It would also add credence to why His Word is true and should be accepted by all.
I believe in God and the total creation as written in the seven days of creation. I only wish that there was a creation of God depicted as well.
