Exodus 1-18 reveals a lot of different characteristics of God and the attributes that come with that. A few that are very evident are that he is a protector, provider, he listens and hears, and he is all knowing (omniscience).
We see God stating that he will be a protector in Exodus 3:7-12, and a provider in Exodus 3:18-22. This is the moment that God is talking to Moses in the form of a burning bush and he is laying out the plan for him. He is telling Moses how he will provide a way for his people and he will protect them along the way. Not only are these supporting verses and God is telling Moses he will do these things, but all throughout chapter 2-18 we see God protecting and providing. Each chapter where a miracle occurred at the hand of Moses was God providing, when the Israelites crossed the Red Sea that was God providing and protecting.
God listens and he hears, there is evidence of this in Exodus 3:7 where God says, "Then the Lord said, 'I have surely seen the affliction of my people who are in Egypt and have heard their cry because of their taskmasters. I know there sufferings..." (English Standard Version Bible, 2001, Exodus 3:7). In Exodus 2:24-25 that God heard the people and remembered there covenant showing that he hears and will listen as well.
We also see that God is all knowing and this is present through every chapter that was read. God displays before things happen to Moses what will actually happen and he proves it when Moses stands in front of Pharoah that he was right each time. Down to the fact that God lets Moses know that Pharaoh's heart will continue to grow hard.
For me the one that is revealed that means the most would be that God listens and he hears. The other ones mean a lot to me as well, but when I look at other religions and their god's I feel like one of the things I see is there is not relationship and I love that we see a relationship with God because he listens and he hears. We see all the other characteristics and God very well could just rule the world because he is powerful and all knowing, but he chooses to still listen to his people.
